     Villa located on the second level of an apartment complex. 800 sq. ft. terrace allows for panoramic views of the golf course. Each bedroom has a private bathroom equipped with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. Two of the bedrooms have King size beds and the third bedroom has two Twin size beds. There are also two Twin size folding cots for additional guests. The third bedroom, with Twin beds, also has a TV with cable TV. All of the bedrooms have ample closets and comfortable seating areas.

     The large living room is divided into two areas: a comfortable seating area to enjoy time with friends and a second seating area with a TV with cable TV and DVD. The kitchen is very ample and is equipped with an oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, and dishwasher. There is also an eat-in counter with two stools. All of the bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning and Wi-Fi.

     There is a laundry room with washer, dryer, and large sink. It is stocked with laundry detergents.

     The terrace is very large with views of the golf course. It is divided into three zones: two seating areas and one dining area with seating for six persons. The views to the golf course can also be appreciated from the master bedroom, living room, and kitchen.

     The villa also comes equipped with a golf cart for easy transport across the Reserve grounds. There is access to the Fairways community pool, jacuzzi, gazebo, and tennis court.

     At an additional cost, you may also gain access to the Dorado Beach Resort Club facilities which include: an 18-hole golf course, the Clubhouse, Zafra, Encanto, The Watermill at Plantation, Barlovento, and the 8,000 sq. ft. Dorado Beach Fitness and Wellness Center and Tennis Center.
