The bedroom features a breathtaking view of the ocean and has a King size bed, large dresser, and closet. The recently remodeled bathroom is just outside the bedroom and is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and towels.

      In the living room, there is a sofa and a TV with cable TV. The dining table accommodates up to four persons. From the living area, you have direct access to a balcony which looks directly onto the ocean The brand new and very clean kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster-oven, coffee maker, dishes, glasses, wine glasses, coffee mugs, cutlery, and cooking utensils. The kitchen also features a counter with two stools. The entire apartment is equipped with WiFi. The property also features one designated covered parking space.

     A short walk from the property there are restaurants, pubs, grocery stores, pharmacies, hotels, and casinos. Old San Juan, Ocean Park, and Condado are just a short 15-minute drive away and the airport is just 10 minutes away by car.
